In class training. Attendance is required at all sessions.
On the job (OJT) training is required
Participants must achieve a minimum score of 70% on a written test which will be given at the conclusion of the course.
This technique is applicable to every position that has contact with people.
Program information
Our interviewing Techniques teaches participants to communicate with potentially threatening people to determine if any detected behaviour is in fact suspicious and/or threatening through specialized communication techniques. This module is often implemented after completing the ‘Suspicious Behaviour Detection’
Methodologies
This course will employ lecture, discussion and analysis. The course will have extensive use of case studies, image, role plays, PowerPoint slides and groupwork sessions.
Course Objectives
This course highlights the ways to interview people whilst maintaining high customer service and not make it feel like an interrogation.
